Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12 hrs prior to your scheduled session. All cancellations received outside of the 24 hour time period prior to the scheduled session will be eligible to receive a full refund. All cancellations received within 24 hours of a scheduled session void eligibility to receive a full refund for the scheduled session and will be applied to any rescheduled and/or newly scheduled session of the clients choice.
